When will my order ship?

We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as yours ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

How much is shipping?

You'll see the shipping options and price for your address at checkout, before you pay.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, to the countries listed at checkout.

Can I return something?

Yes. Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For safety reasons, used items and opened teethers can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

My item arrived damaged or doesn't work. What do I do?

Email us at crawlbabycrawl@gmail.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.

What age are your toys for?

Each product page lists the age range it's designed for. Always supervise your baby during play.

How do I clean them?

Care instructions are on each product page and in the package. Our fabric books are machine washable.
