Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how we'll fix it.

30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

For your baby's safety, we can't accept returns of teethers or any item that has been used or removed from its sealed packaging, unless it arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email us at crawlbabycrawl@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back before you hear from us, as returns sent without instructions can't always be processed.

Return shipping

If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping is paid by you. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
