Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States and to the countries shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping options and rates for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery time depends on where you live and the option you choose.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Multiple packages

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us at crawlbabycrawl@gmail.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
